How It Works
Tell D2D about your restaurant once: your style and price point, what you're known for, what your kitchen always has on hand, the producers you feature and how your line runs. It keeps all of it in mind, and you change it by saying so.
Then ask for what you need, typed or spoken: "five winter specials around our oysters", "a brunch menu" or "a new starter that uses the stout." D2D answers with concepts: the menu copy, the components, the plating and a pairing.
Shape them together, like "more like the second one, less fried." When one is right, D2D writes its recipe, ready to print as a prep sheet.
